• U10, U12 (9.vs.9),
• U14, U16,(11.vs.11)
• Weekday Game Times: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
• Weekend Game Times: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
• Various sites in Middletown, CT

  • Team Roster Form
  • Athlete Waiver Form for each player on the roster
