REFUND POLICY

Refund policy - All events - No Exceptions

  • Free Agents will be fully refunded if they are not placed on a team
  • 25% of your fee is a non-refundable deposit. 
  • Refunds will consist of base fees only - Handling fees are not refundable
  • No refunds after the registration deadline nor after schedules/draws are posted, whichever is applicable to your sport
  • No refunds for failure to participate, this includes; rescheduled games and forfeitures. 
  • No refunds for schedule requests not accommodated. Requests are NOT guaranteed and are fulfilled "first come first served" as the schedule and facilities allow.  
  • No refunds will be given to due to game rescheduling caused by an inclement weather cancellation. Every effort will be made to reschedule rained out games.

 
Exceptions –

  • Medical reasons with the appropriate doctors note
  • If you find an athlete/team to replace you/your team
  • If the CSMG administration cancels your division
