Overall Schedule by Division:

We will do everything possible to meet the schedule posted on the Website. This is subject to change based on weather or other factors outside of our control.

Daily Match Check-in at Tennis Sites:

Please check-in at your assisgned site for each match at least 15 minutes before your match time.  Your sites for any match may change from round to round.

Check for Next Match Time at the Tournament Desk After Each Round (Win or Lose!):

After each match, always check back in with the tournament desk to determine if you have another match and its schedule.  With consolation brackets and round-robins, you may have more matches to play even if you lost your most recent match.

Surface:  Outdoor Hard Courts, Indoor Hard if rain or needed for additonal matches

Seeding:

The tournament uses the "All Factors" method to develop the seeding for this tournament.  The "All Factors" method includes ratings (NTRP, WTN, UTR, etc.), past tournament results, rankings, etc.   The number of seeds is based on the USTA Friend at Court.   Round Robins are not seeded .  

Changes, Withdrawals, No-shows:

Due to the large number of events and their time and expense to participate, we ask that everyone please be kind to your fellow participants and follow-through with your commitment to playing or, if you cannot play, please provide advance notice.  No-shows with no communication are the largest complaint and most aggrevating to the players.    Please be thoughtful and kind.  If you must withdraw or are not planning to play after you enter, please advise the Tournament Director.  Once the draws are posted, please advise the tournament director directly as well.  

Draw Formats:

Each division has been assigned a draw format based on draw size and other factors. We plan to run most singles in brackets with a Modified Feed In consoloation.  Semi-final losers in the main draw will drop back into a play a 3rd place match.   Most Doubles will be round-robins.  We hope to provide Round Robin draws with 3 matches if the number of entrants allow. Singles will be a Feed-in so everyone will be scheduled for at least 2 matches, and we reserve the right based on bracket size to change format to a Round Robin.  PLEASE NOTE THAT AGE DIVISIONS MAY BE COMBINED TO FILL BRACKETS.

Scoring Formats: 

All scoring formats are subject to change based on weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  

Main Draw:  We plan to play best of 3 tie-break sets, regular ad/deuce scoring with a 10-point match tie-break in lieu of the 3rd set for the main draw. 

Consolation Draw:  We plan to play best of 3 tie-break sets, regular ad/deuce scoring with a 10-point match tie-break in lieu of the 3rd set for the consolation draw.

Matches Per Day:

Players should be prepared to play multiple matches per day.

Water/Drinks:

Players should bring their own water/sports drinks/etc. for their own use while on court.
